Refunds & Returns


SanShel Interiors will refund on an item only if the item is damaged or faulty but is unable to refund on the item due to a “change of mind”.  



You can return your order within 7 days of receiving your order for any reason. We will provide a refund (excluding shipping charges which are not refundable), exchange or credit. Any freight charges are the responsibility of the customer. To process a return please email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned new, unopened, unused, in the original packaging, labelling intact and in saleable condition. Opened packages will not be accepted for return. Additional delivery charges for an exchange will be charged and you will need to pay the cost of all return freight before the exchange will be accepted.

What happens if the item is faulty or damaged?

IMPORTANT – Before you sign the Courier’s slip that you have “received the products in good order” please unpack and check the items for any faults or damages.   If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery docket before signing it.  Request the driver initial beside your comments.   Take a photo of the damage or fault immediately following the delivery and contact us at

You MUST notify SANSHEL INTERIORS of any faulty or damaged items within 24 hours of receiving them.  Failure to do so, will mean that transit insurance could be voided. The responsibility is on you to report any faulty or damaged goods immediately. Once we have received notification, of any faulty or damaged items, we will deal directly with our Supplier/s or DELIVERY COMPANY to resolve the issue.

Colours of products shown on this site are the done so to the best of our ability however we cannot guarantee that all items will be exactly as shown as some items are ‘hand made’ from natural fibres eg. Rattan Furniture. 

Faulty items will be replaced at no charge.
