Terms & Conditions

Deliveries are usually completed by our Company, TLC Freight or AirTasker contractors and will require someone to be home or at the delivery address. Drivers may need assistance for larger items, we do this to minimize cost of delivery for the customer.  

Delivery defines a one man drop off service to a ground floor location where someone will be available to receive the delivery.  This does not include removal of old furniture or wrapping. Carrying furniture up fire escapes, if the lift is too small, is not covered in ‘delivery’.

You can AUTHORISE for the item to be left at the front door or in a safe location however please note that once delivery has been made we cannot guarantee the safety or condition of the item/s.

Please note that if the freight company has to return to the delivery address for a re-delivery you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Refunds and Returns are not available due to “Change of Mind“. Warehouses do not take back what is seen as second hand items once items have been released from warehouse inventory.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All client cancelled orders, due to Change of Mind or Backorders made, originally purchased then refunded via PayPal will attract a PayPal Fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This is a PayPal Charge NOT a SanShel Interior’s fee.
